What to expect

  • 1. Quick and Easy Initial Meeting

    Our first meeting will be quick; my main goal will be to understand the basics of your inquiry. It typically takes 5-10 minutes and can be done over the phone or in-person.

  • 2. Sorting and Preparing Your Docs

    For any mortgage process, we’ll need to gather some paperwork from you, including but not limited to: ID, income verification, and other documents. Don’t worry, we’ll help you with this too.

  • 3. Finding the Best Fit and Submission

    After analyzing your file, I’ll give you options that best fit you, and based on what you choose, I’ll submit your files to the applicable lender. This process can take a few days to 1-2 months.
